"Here & Now," the band's namesake, is inspired by the magic of master yogis in India. When I wrote this song, I was reading Paramahansa Yogananda's "Autobiography of a Yogi," and was spellbound by the casualness with which he mentioned stories of his teachers levitating, transporting their bodies, or starting fires with their minds. This book is publicly available, and can be easily attained, just like our yogi superpowers...Here and now is the space and place to activate them.
