Sparks become Flames ~ Reverence for the Fires of Change.

Fire is the only element that exists by RAPIDLY consuming the other three elements: It takes in oxygen and grows to engulf saturated, watered earth.

It constantly changes form and dances, forever evading definition, forever existing through consumption, and forever changing everything it touches.

We aim to cook the groove in this section, with 2 separate peaks of intensity.

Meditation: Stare into a candle flame, or natural fire. Move freely for 11 minutes, burning through all inhibitions and personally constructed setbacks, and self-sabotaging mechanisms.
