Submerge in purity. The Sacred Waters of this Earth purify us. They "Wash away our sins," impurities, and worries. Our bodies are 70+% water ~ And when our waters are out of balance, you can bet that we are out of balance, physically, psychically, psychologically, and emotionally.

This segment of our improvisation features the texture of all stringed instruments engaging with gravity and water: Aiming to recreate the vibe and texture of droplets by bouncing their bows across their strings.

Specifically, bass bounces for 3', then switches to bowed tones while violin takes over the bouncing texture for the next 3'. Then guitar cops the droplet texture, and violin switches to bow with the bass at the 6' mark. Drums come in at the 9' mark to set the stage for Earth.

Meditation: Take a cold shower, or get into a natural body of water.
